We accept returns of defective and non-defective items and also accept exchanges. Eligible goods must be new, unused, and in their original condition with packaging, tags, and included accessories intact.
Start a request within 30 days after delivery by providing the order number, checkout email, and reason. A change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selection may qualify, as may damage, defects, wrong items, missing parts, or a material difference from the description. Photos or video of the product and package may be required for condition or fulfillment problems.
Returns are made by mail. A free return label is included in the package, and no restocking fee is charged. Do not mail an item before authorization. Exchanges depend on available inventory. Once approved, a refund is sent to the original payment method and processed within 10 days.
